HRP Concepts - our holistic approach to a project.

Our experience put into a circular system

A project can be viewed in two ways. Of course there is a timeline with milestones and plans, but the overall way to view a project is looking at a process connecting the series of decisions and evaluations.

A project does not end with the takeover and the first operational use, it always moves into new phases.

Through a life cycle perspective, the end is just a new beginning. A new set of decisions based on new information. Rehabilitation? Transformation? Or demolition (creating new challenges)?

HRP Concepts are complete and comprehensive, the purpose is to increase the quality of each phase and decision without loosing momentum, quality or creating increased costs.

A circular approach to our services are defined through HRP concepts: HRP Green collaboration. HRP School and kindergarten. HRP Care and hospitals. HRP Sports. HRP Green harbour.

Early phase and facts to support the right decisions

The early-phase decides the success of the project.

Defining project scope. Strategic planning. Procurement strategy. Defining competition and evaluation criteria. Insight. User involvement. Benefits from true collaboration between different expertise, client and end users. Documentation. Calculations. Financial planning. Risk analysis.

The quality of the work done before the project goes into the final decision-process and become an organized and funded project is decisive for the outcome in all aspects.

HRP deliver services in all the expertise needed – as a partner to the developer, being private or public – being infrastructure, homes, schools or corporate buildings.

To ensure that all facts and all insight is as good as possible HRP utilize different tools and methods. 3D scanning and visualization is an effective and precise method for different purposes. Bringing competences from strategists to creative analysts to the table, HRP will contribute with substantial value in your project

On site implementation working for the interest of the builder

Project administration and management. Technical management. Different expertise delivered.

Our role on the construction site is the HRP roots, it is the business that we build our growth from. We collaborate closely with contractors, architects and subcontractors and make sure the client is included the way they want and need. We are the builders representative in the project, working for their interests.

Project and construction management. Operational responsibility for the project, ensuring that it is realised in line with goals and priorities. From the foundation and concrete work all the way through to operational status.

SHA (safety, health and welfare at work) Management. Builders are subject to a great deal of responsibility for Safety, Health and Welfare at Work, usually abbreviated to SHA (norwegian). HRP takes on the role of SHA coordinator.
