These are integrated methods that outline the sequence of decisions and evaluations throughout the process. HRP has the ability to contribute knowledge across various fields, and the intention behind these ideas is to illustrate an ideal process model.
Our goal is to ensure that the resources allocated to the project are utilized to their fullest potential, requiring us to work diligently and effectively during each phase. Sustainability and energy management
Sustainable project development. Design and project management where we develop your green project, from small rehab projects to large new buildings. We have all subjects, such as energy and environmental consultancy, technical subjects, drones, calculation, architects and water and sewerage.
Project support. HRP works in the early phase and in projects to ensure correct decisions and deliveries in projects. Facilitates and assists the project organization, for example with material specifications, ensuring contractual anchoring and correct consultancy services for climate risk.
BREEAM and sustainability strategy. Certification of buildings. We assist with the analysis and implementation of various certification schemes. We have good experience with BREEAM-NOR and BREEAM In-Use, as well as the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and LEED. We find the right level of ambition for you with our advisors and auditors.

HRP has experienced consultants with experience from the private and public sector who assist public and private actors in building cases and the application process. We also assist municipalities with building application processing and have experience with a number of case management systems.

Procurement and contract strategy
Public procurement
The Legal Department has solid expertise in the legal areas of public procurement, construction law and contract law in large construction projects.
Contract and construction
We assist public and private actors with the implementation of procurement processes, contract follow-up and with legal advice in adjacent areas of law.
Security
Physical and electronic security – Risk-based approaches. When a company’s assets are to be protected, it should be done on the basis of risk analyses, based on the real threat picture for the specific business, and with risk-based security measures. HRP provides a comprehensive service in physical and electronic security and analysis, from value, threat and vulnerability assessments, to design and implementation of specific measures.
People, Technology and Organization (MTO). We employees can be the most important security resource in a company, but unfortunately we can also be the weakest link. The focus on comprehensive security is constantly increasing, but we still see that the greatest emphasis is often placed on procuring physical and technical security systems, while at the same time forgetting to motivate, train and control one’s own employees’ contribution to security.
