A primary objective is to protect the desires of younger workers for a stimulating work environment.
Changes in societal dynamics and the employment landscape over the past few years have contributed to a widening disparity in expertise between senior and junior employees, impacting HR processes and general work environments.
The board consists of four committed employees under the age of 35
Five employees who are working to strengthen this part of HRP.
