A vital part of the HRP identity.

In our youth, we bring new knowledge to the table, even when surrounded by seasoned professionals.  At HRP, we believe in carrying forward the lessons of history while shaping the future; Our core is reinforced by the inclusion of new concepts, progressive technologies, and imaginative work techniques. Our vision is the perfect use of resources. The vision encompasses complete waste elimination, no adverse variations, total sustainability, and the fulfillment of all objectives.

A primary objective is to protect the desires of younger workers for a stimulating work environment.

Changes in societal dynamics and the employment landscape over the past few years have contributed to a widening disparity in expertise between senior and junior employees, impacting HR processes and general work environments.

The board consists of four committed employees under the age of 35

Five employees who are working to strengthen this part of HRP.

With YOUNG@HRP, HRP wants to ensure that the company remains an attractive workplace for young talent, while preparing for the challenges of the future by bridging the gap between different generations in the world of work.
