The report has been created by a team of experts from various fields and includes all three aspects of  ESG, Environmental, Social and Governance.

Our workplace and HRP community networks

Ung@HRP for our people under 35

Uniting all members of the HRP team who are 35 years of age or younger.

The transition of competence from senior to younger employees is crucial – just as the opposite; new ideas and fresh academic learning adds to our seniors. We believe in the mix, but we also encourage the young people at HRP to get together, get inspired, be social and to create a united voice within HRP

HRP Female network

Our very important female employee network. HRP has a goal to reach 35% female employees in the workforce by 2030. In an industry where you have less than 10% females in the workforce this is an ambition we are content with but not proud about. There should be a genuine commitment to gender equality all over.

The HRP Female network aspire to engage, develop skills and support our female employees in what still is a male dominant industry.

HRP Sports and activities

HRP is an organization buzzing with activity – even outside the work hours and projects.

Our internal «sports club» invite both our people and some times our clients to get together for different challenges. Golf. Skiing. Mountain hiking. Fitness center training. Online yoga. Biking. Kayaking in the fjords.

But our people are also encouraged to take part in different organizations and groups to help those inner – either on a global or on a local basis.

We are proud of our HRP people.
